In short

  • Marketplace account management in Jodhpur means a workshop’s seller panels are run weekly while making, packing and dispatch stay in Jodhpur.
  • Furniture listings need dimensions, weight, wood, finish and assembly filled in as attributes, because missing fields hide a piece and bring returns.
  • Damage claims on furniture are won with photographs of the piece and the sealed pack before dispatch, filed inside each marketplace’s time limit.
  • Bulky-item fees follow weight and packed size, so every settlement line for a furniture order should be checked against the recorded parcel.
  • We run Jodhpur sellers’ accounts remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, through user permissions; the owner login stays with the seller.

Our marketplace account management in Jodhpur is for furniture workshops, handicraft exporters and bandhani sellers whose panels need more care than an export desk can spare. We run Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio accounts from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi; making and dispatch stay in Jodhpur.

Because we run brands of our own as well, we treat a damage claim filed late, or a fee charged on the wrong size, as money lost from our own pocket. The city’s trades are on our page about ecommerce services in Jodhpur.

Why Jodhpur workshops hand over their panels

A Jodhpur workshop’s days already belong to export orders: samples, shipment dates and inspections. Seller panels need attention every day as well, and furniture panels need more than most, with large-item fees, damage claims and assembly questions arriving together.

The signs show up quickly: listings suppressed for missing dimensions, damage claims past their deadline, fees charged on the wrong carton size, and Diwali deals submitted without anyone checking the freight.

The division of work is plain. Designs, making, packing and the floor price of each piece stay with you; we take the listings, any offer above your floor, the claims, the settlements and the account’s health, and log each change.

Which Jodhpur products suit which marketplace?

Start each product where its buyers search and where its margin survives freight. For Jodhpur that usually means Amazon and Flipkart for small furniture and decor, Myntra and Ajio for a bandhani label, and a storefront for large pieces and finishes made to order.

Bandhani and leheriyaMyntra, Ajio, MeeshoMethod stated; colour returns

We add a marketplace once the first runs cleanly, and say so if a piece is wrong for a channel. A large sideboard that loses money after freight is better off the marketplace, on your store, where freight can be quoted.

Setting up furniture listings that hold

A furniture listing is mostly attributes: dimensions, weight, wood, finish, weight capacity where it matters, assembly and the number of cartons. Fill every one, because buyers filter on them and return pieces that differ from what the fields said.

  • Dimensions of the assembled piece and of each carton, in centimetres and inches.
  • Material named as the workshop records it: solid sheesham, mango or acacia, or veneer over board.
  • Finish as a colour, with a photograph for each finish offered.
  • Assembly stated in the title and the first images: none, legs to attach, or full assembly.
  • Cartons recorded one by one where a piece ships in more than one.

Variations follow finish and size, so one design gathers its ratings in one place. Our product listing services build the records from your workshop sheets and keep them consistent across marketplaces.

Prices, deals and the floor on each piece

You set a floor price for each piece and finish, worked out with freight from its packed carton; we move prices and offers above it and never below it without your written approval. Each change is logged with its reason.

Deals need the most care on furniture. The deal price, the commission, the freight and the risk of a damaged return all fall on the same order, so we cost each deal per piece before submitting it and leave out the pieces it would sink.

How are furniture damage claims won?

With evidence prepared before the damage happens. A claim for a broken leg or a split panel succeeds when photographs of the piece and its sealed pack exist from before dispatch, and when the buyer’s photographs of the damage arrive quickly.

  • Before dispatch. Photographs of the piece, its joints and the sealed carton, with the order number visible.
  • On a complaint. The buyer’s photographs of the damage and the outer pack, requested straight away.
  • On the panel. The claim filed inside the marketplace’s time limit and followed until it is paid or appealed.
  • In the workshop. Each damage reason sent back to whoever designs the pack, so the next carton is stronger.

Where only one part is damaged, a replacement part can save a full return, if the marketplace’s process allows it. A full return of a large piece costs freight both ways and often arrives in worse shape than it left.

Checking bulky-item fees in each settlement

Large pieces are charged on weight and packed size, and a marketplace may re-measure a carton and charge on its own figure. Each settlement line for a furniture order is matched against the dimensions you recorded, and every mismatch goes up as a ticket.

We check fees against each marketplace’s published schedule for the category, not from memory, and keep a monthly summary of TCS collected under GST for your accountant. To see in advance whether a carton will be billed on its size, use our volumetric weight calculator.

Keeping a furniture account healthy

Furniture accounts slip on three measures: late dispatch, when packing a large piece takes longer than the handling time promised; cancellations, when a finish runs out; and complaints about material or assembly. Each is watched daily and traced to its cause.

  • Handling times set to the time your workshop needs to pack a large piece, not the shortest the panel allows.
  • Stock by finish kept current, so a finish that has run out stops taking orders.
  • Material and assembly complaints answered from your workshop sheets, and the listing corrected at source.

Bandhani and leheriya on the fashion marketplaces

Myntra and Ajio vet a brand before its first listing, then hold it to their catalogue rules: a code for each style, standard colour names, styled photographs and every attribute filled. A Jodhpur bandhani label fits them once that catalogue is ready.

  • Method: hand-tied and dyed, or printed, in the attributes as well as the title.
  • Colour: shot in daylight and checked against the cloth, because tie-dye colours are bright and phone cameras exaggerate them.
  • Fabric: named by fibre and weave, with dimensions for dupattas and safas.

Meesho suits printed tie-dye at value prices, where the margin depends on low returns. Colour complaints there are read weekly and sent back to the photographs.

Dhanteras, Diwali and weddings on the panels

Furniture and decor sell before Dhanteras and Diwali, and new homes are furnished in the wedding months. Large pieces take longer to pack and deliver, so their deadlines come earlier than a dupatta’s.

Once a large piece can no longer arrive before Diwali, the listing’s promise is changed or the piece paused, rather than collecting orders that will be cancelled or returned.

Wooden gifts and corporate orders

Jodhpur’s carved boxes, trays and decor sell on the marketplaces as gifts before Diwali and through the wedding months. Gift listings need the packaging shown and the stock in place before the date, and they pair well with sponsored ads in the weeks before Diwali.

Corporate orders, many pieces to many addresses with a GST invoice in the company’s name, rarely fit a marketplace checkout. They belong on your own store’s enquiry form or with your sales desk, with the marketplace account kept for retail buyers.

Sponsored ads suit pieces that have stock, ratings and margin after freight. We build them around the words buyers type, the item, the wood and often the size, and raise bids before Dhanteras and Diwali.

Results are read on orders kept after returns and damage claims, not orders placed, because one returned sideboard can cancel the profit of several sales. For campaigns on Google and Meta, our Google Ads and Meta Ads management uses the same stock and margin figures.

Taking over a Jodhpur account

We take over in stages, and nothing on your accounts changes until you approve the plan. The work happens in the panels, shared sheets and calls; nobody needs to travel to Jodhpur or to Delhi.

  1. Read. Suppressed listings, missing attributes, open damage claims, fee disputes and unmatched payouts.
  2. Agree. Floor prices by piece and finish, who approves deals, the dispatch photographs and the claims routine.
  3. Clear. Claims still inside their limits, then fee disputes, then listing fixes, in order of the money involved.
  4. Run. Daily checks, a weekly report and call, and a monthly review timed to the next season.

From the second month the work settles into its rhythm: damage claims within days of a complaint, fee disputes as they appear, and each season planned a month ahead.

From you we need user access, workshop sheets with dimensions, weights, woods and finishes, packed carton sizes, cost sheets and floor prices, and photographs at dispatch. Our fee carries GST at 18% on its own line.

Questions

Questions Jodhpur workshops ask about accounts

What does marketplace account management cost for a Jodhpur workshop?
That depends on the marketplaces, how many pieces and finishes you list, and whether claims and sponsored ads are part of it. A monthly fee is quoted once we have read your panels, and GST at 18% appears on its own line. You pay commissions, freight and ad spend to the platforms yourself.
Can I sell large furniture on Amazon and Flipkart?
Yes, but price it on its packed size and weight first, because freight and a single return can outweigh the margin on a large piece. List assembly, dimensions and weight in full, and test the pack before the first order. Starting with smaller pieces and adding large ones once claims and packing are under control is the safer order.
What should I do when a buyer reports a damaged sideboard?
Ask for photographs of the damage and the outer pack straight away, match them to your own photographs from before dispatch, and file the claim inside the marketplace’s time limit. Where only one part is damaged, a replacement part can save a full return if the marketplace’s process allows it. We handle the claim and the correspondence on the panel.
Why was I charged more for shipping a table than expected?
Large parcels are charged on volumetric weight when it exceeds the actual weight, and a marketplace may re-measure the carton. Keep each piece’s packed dimensions and a photograph of the measured carton, and dispute charges that do not match. A knock-down design that packs smaller cuts the charge on every order.
Should bandhani be listed as hand-tied on Myntra?
Only if it is hand-tied, and the attributes should say so as well as the title. Printed tie-dye patterns are listed as prints, which keeps the listing clear of complaints and returns over the method. Show the dots close up, so buyers can see the difference for themselves.
When should Diwali furniture be live on the marketplaces?
Before the autumn sale events, with stock committed by finish and a delivery promise that allows for packing and transit of a large parcel. Orders that cannot arrive before Dhanteras or Diwali come back, so promises are tightened as the date nears. Deal submissions close before each event, so decide early.
Can you run sponsored ads for our furniture listings?
Yes, at the operations-with-ads level, on pieces with stock, ratings and margin after freight and returns. Bids follow the season and pause on any finish or size that is running out. We report spend against kept orders, not orders placed.
Do you need to visit our workshop?
No; the work happens inside the seller panels, through user access you control, with a weekly report and a call. Where a finish or fabric needs a physical check, ask us whether a sample review is possible before sending anything.
