About Kavita Enterprises

How the house works

What is different about Kavita Enterprises is that our own brands run on the same marketplaces and ad platforms we run for clients. From Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, the house has three arms: ecommerce brands, digital marketing and wholesale garments.

The plain facts about Kavita Enterprises fit in one line: a sole proprietorship, GST-registered in Delhi, trading as The Kavita Brands from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi. The rest of this page is about how we work, which matters more.

What Kavita Enterprises does

Kavita Enterprises runs three arms from Gandhi Nagar: ecommerce brands, digital marketing and wholesale garments. You can work with one arm or with several, and each is set out in full on its own page.

  • Ecommerce brands: we run brands of our own, and run marketplace accounts, D2C storefronts and catalogues for client brands.
  • Digital marketing: we plan and run paid search and paid social for clients, with tracking set up so the numbers can be checked.
  • Garments: we source readymade garments from manufacturers and supply them wholesale, by the lot, with private label made through partner units.

Why we run ecommerce brands of our own

We run our own ecommerce brands because it keeps us on the seller’s side of every problem. When a marketplace changes a fee, tightens a listing rule or holds back a payout, it happens to our accounts as well as to yours.

That is what we mean by an operator, not an agency. On our own accounts we pay marketplace commissions, read settlement reports and answer return claims, exactly as our clients do, so we know what a recommended change costs a seller to make.

We sell on the same marketplaces we run for you, so their problems are already ours.

It also limits what we promise. We do not promise a sales figure or a return on ad spend. We promise the work, a plain report of what it did, and a straight answer when something stops paying.

How the three arms fit together

The arms can be hired separately, and they also fit end to end. A garment lot has a landed cost per piece; a listing has a selling price, a commission and returns to allow for; advertising has a cost per order.

When a brand uses more than one arm, we work those numbers out against the same margin before recommending anything. Private label stock, the listings that sell it and the advertising behind those listings are then planned in one conversation, not three.

What the ecommerce arm runs for clients

The ecommerce arm runs the day-to-day work of selling online for client brands, on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Ajio, and on storefronts built with Shopify or WooCommerce. That work splits into three services.

  • Marketplace account management: pricing, stock levels, returns and claims, account health, and reconciling each settlement against the order report.
  • D2C storefronts: building and running Shopify and WooCommerce stores, including checkout, payments and page speed.
  • Catalogue and listings: titles, bullet points, attributes, image sets and A+ content, written to each marketplace’s rules.

The settlement work matters more than it looks. Marketplaces deduct commission, fees and TCS (tax collected at source under GST) from each payout, and returns bring deductions of their own, so we reconcile every settlement against the order report rather than trusting the total.

What the digital marketing arm runs

The marketing arm plans and runs paid search and paid social for clients: Google Ads for search, Shopping and Performance Max, and Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram. Budgets are planned across the platforms together, not one channel at a time.

We set up tracking before we raise spend, because an ad platform’s report is not your order book. The tracking work covers GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, consent settings, server-side tagging and UTM discipline.

Under performance marketing, each week you get one number, usually cost per order or ROAS (return on ad spend: revenue divided by ad spend), checked against your own orders. When a campaign stops paying its way, we say so before spending more on it.

How the garments arm sources and supplies

The garments arm is a source-and-supply business. We source readymade garments from manufacturers and supply them at wholesale, by the lot, to retailers and resellers. We do not own a factory or a production line.

Private label garments, made to carry your label, are produced through partner units. Sampling and sourcing are handled in the same conversation as the quotation, so fabric, trims and fit are agreed before a lot is confirmed.

Every quotation is by the piece, and you can ask for one through our wholesale garment rate card page. Freight is quoted separately, and the packed lot is handed to your transporter.

GST on its own line. At the time of writing, GST on readymade garments is 5% where the sale value is up to ₹ 2,500 a piece and 18% above it. The rate that applies is confirmed on each quotation.

Why we work from Gandhi Nagar

Gandhi Nagar is the readymade-garments wholesale market in East Delhi, and our registered office is here. Garment sourcing happens in Delhi, so being in the market means we can see fabric, compare samples and check a lot in person before it is packed.

For a buyer outside Delhi, we act as your eyes in the market: we gather samples, compare options and send you what we find, so you can decide without travelling.

The ecommerce and marketing work does not depend on the address. It is done remotely, for clients anywhere in India, inside the same seller panels, storefront dashboards and ad accounts we would use if we sat in your office.

Who we work with, and where

We work with brand owners, ecommerce managers, founders deciding whether to hand over their marketplace accounts, and retailers and resellers buying garments in quantity. Clients can be anywhere in India.

We sell into home textiles, apparel and fashion, kitchen and dining, personal care, stationery and office, footwear, toys and baby care, pet supplies, sports and fitness, luggage and travel, furnishings, and festive and gifting. Each of these industries has a page of its own.

Each category has its own rules, and we check them before a listing goes live. Toys sold in India need BIS certification; some categories, footwear among them, fall under BIS quality control orders; and packaged goods need Legal Metrology declarations on the listing.

How to start working with us

Start with an enquiry through the contact page and say which arm you need. The more specific the first message, the more useful our reply, so it helps to include the following.

  • Ecommerce brands: the marketplaces you sell on, your categories, roughly how many listings you have, and what is not working now.
  • Digital marketing: where you sell, what you spend on ads each month, and how you count orders today.
  • Garments: quantity, category, fabric, sizes, delivery city, and whether you want plain stock or your own label.

We reply with the questions we need answered, then with a written scope for ecommerce and marketing work, or a quotation by the piece for garments. Work starts once you have agreed it.

How we are registered and how we invoice

Kavita Enterprises is a sole proprietorship, GST-registered in Delhi under GSTIN 07CBUPK4786Q1ZD. Quotations and invoices are issued in the name Kavita Enterprises, with GST on its own line, and the registered details are set out below for your accounts team.

GST on services, which covers our ecommerce operations and marketing work, is 18% at the time of writing. On readymade garments it depends on the sale value per piece, as set out above, and the rate is confirmed on each quotation.

What we do not take on

Three things fall outside what we do, and saying so plainly saves a wasted call.

  • We do not store stock, pack orders or ship them for online sellers. Storage and delivery stay with you or your logistics provider.
  • We do not make garments ourselves. Wholesale lots come from manufacturers, and private label is produced through partner units.
  • We claim no partner status with any marketplace or ad platform. We name the platforms because we work on them.
