Performance marketing for Indore brands
Our performance marketing services in Indore work out what a pouch, a combo and a gift box can each afford in ads, then plan Google, Meta and marketplace spend around reorders, Navratri and Diwali. We plan remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, and report one number a week.

What an Indore media plan works around
- Target unit
- Pack size: pouch, combo, family pack, box
- Value counted
- First order, and the reorders after it
- Reach
- As far as shelf life and transit allow
- Separate funnel
- Diwali corporate gifting enquiries
- Language test
- Hindi in Devanagari against English
- Planned from
- Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, remotely
In short
- Performance marketing for an Indore namkeen brand sets ad targets per pack size, because one pouch rarely leaves margin enough for a click.
- Namkeen is bought again when the pack runs out, so a first order’s cost can be judged against the reorders a buyer’s history shows.
- Searches naming Indore’s namkeen come from buyers who know it; search ads capture them, while Meta reaches buyers yet to try it.
- Diwali corporate gifting is planned as its own campaign, measured on gift-box orders won rather than enquiry forms filled.
- We plan Indore ad budgets remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi; media spend is billed by Google, Meta and the marketplaces, not by us.
Our performance marketing services in Indore start with a question most ad plans skip: what can one pouch of sev afford to pay for a click? We set targets per pack size for namkeen brands and garment counters, planning remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi.
We run brands of our own as well, and we will not raise a budget before we know what an order leaves behind. Namkeen makes that arithmetic sharper than most products, because the price of one pack is small and the freight is not.
Can one namkeen pouch pay for an ad?
Rarely. After product cost, packing, the outer box, freight and the marketplace’s fee or the gateway’s charge, a single pouch leaves little, often less than the ads behind one order cost. The answer is a bigger order, not a cheaper click.
So targets are set per pack size, and ads go where the order value can carry them:
- Single pouches are left to marketplace search and repeat buyers, and rarely advertised on their own.
- Combos of several flavours suit buyers trying a brand for the first time, and carry a click more easily.
- Family packs suit buyers who already know what they like and arrive through search.
- Gift boxes carry the highest order value, and the most damage risk, in the weeks before Diwali.
Illustration: a combo selling for ₹ 600 net of GST leaves ₹ 180 after every cost but ads, so ₹ 180 of ads per order is break-even, a ROAS of about 3.3. A ₹ 100 pouch leaves too little to bid with.
Paying for the first order, earning on reorders
Namkeen is bought again when the pack runs out, and a family that likes your sev often orders the same pack the next month. So a new customer is worth the first order’s margin plus the reorders your own history shows such buyers make.
Without that history, the target rests on the first order alone, and widens only as reorder data arrives from your store. Repeat buyers are reported apart from new ones, so cheap reorders never make winning a new customer look cheaper than it is.
Reorders are counted by the month a buyer first ordered. A buyer won through a Diwali gift box may reorder quite differently from one won through a family pack in summer, and the targets for each route follow what your own figures show.
A store of your own keeps those reorders and their margin, where a marketplace keeps the customer. Reminders by email or WhatsApp, sent only to buyers who agreed to them, bring the second order without paying for another click.
Searches that name Indore, and who makes them
Buyers far from Madhya Pradesh look for Indore’s namkeen by name: Indori namkeen, Indore sev, a style and the city together. They know what they want, so search ads catch demand that already exists rather than creating it.

Search usually costs less because the buyer arrives decided. Bids on those named terms are set from the margin of the pack the ad leads to, usually a combo or family pack rather than a single pouch, on Google and in the marketplaces’ own ads.
The marketplaces’ search-term reports show which words buyers actually type, whether the city’s name, a style such as nylon sev or a pack size. We read them monthly and move the terms that bring kept orders into the campaigns.
Meta does the other job: reaching people who have never tasted your namkeen. The creative question there is appetite against occasion, a close shot of the snack against the same snack at a family table, tested in the quiet months rather than in Diwali week.
Marketplace ads on those named terms run in step with batch stock; our page on marketplace account management in Indore covers how batches and listings are kept current.
How far should an Indore food brand advertise?
As far as a pack can travel and still arrive fresh and whole. A pouch sent to a nearby Malwa town arrives quickly and cheaply; one sent across the country spends longer in transit, costs more and has more time to be crushed.
So targets are set by region rather than for India as a whole. Madhya Pradesh and nearby states carry one target; distant metros, where some buyers who grew up with Indore’s namkeen now live, carry another that allows for longer transit and more refunds.
Each region is judged on kept orders. The weather moves the line too: in central India’s hottest months fried snacks age faster, so distant spend is cut back and the plan leans on nearer buyers until the heat breaks.
Stop rules written for a food brand
Every plan carries written rules for when spend stops, and a namkeen brand needs a few that other categories never use. They are agreed before launch, so nobody has to argue for a pause in Diwali week.
- Shelf life. A pack whose current batch has too little life left for the slowest delivery comes out of ads until fresh stock arrives.
- Distance. Regions where the delivery estimate eats into that life are paused for that pack, even when their orders look healthy.
- Refunds. A pack whose crushed or stale refunds rise above the agreed level stops until the packing or the batch is fixed.
- Last dates. Gift-box ads stop once a box can no longer arrive before Diwali.
Each stop is reported the same week, with the rule that triggered it and the condition for restarting. Spend comes back in steps, since large budget changes can send automated bidding back into learning.
Diwali corporate gifting as its own campaign
Companies buying Diwali gift boxes decide earlier than families and buy in quantity, so their campaign runs on its own budget and calendar. It starts weeks before retail buying, with search ads on company gifting terms and an enquiry form on your store.
The form asks what a sales call would: quantity, budget per box, branding, and the cities the boxes must reach. Each enquiry is tracked as a conversion in GA4 and the ad platforms, so the cost of an enquiry is known from the first week.
Enquiries become orders on the phone, where no pixel follows. Google’s offline conversion imports and Meta’s Conversions API carry the won orders back to the campaigns, so they are judged on boxes sold, not forms filled.
Our page on selling festive gifts online covers company orders and hampers across the gifting year.
Garba wear ads for Indore’s garment counters
Navratri is celebrated in Indore with garba, and festive kurtas and kidswear for it sell in the fortnight before the first night. For an Indore garment counter selling online, that fortnight is the year’s sharpest test of budget against stock.

- Local reach. Indore and the nearby Malwa towns, where delivery before the first night can be promised.
- Sizes in depth. Only styles with every size in stock are advertised; a style short in two sizes leaves the ads first.
- Stop dates. Each style stops once an order can no longer arrive before the first night.
- Kept orders. Results read again after the nine nights, once returns have landed.
Stock for the season can come from Delhi in time if it is briefed early; our page on wholesale garments for Indore retailers covers lots planned before Navratri. Footfall into the shop is not something these campaigns measure; online orders kept are.
A short campaign for Holi and Rang Panchami
Indore plays Holi and then Rang Panchami a few days later, and the days between are a hosting week: namkeen for guests, sweets for visits, white kurtas for the street. It suits a short, local burst of spend rather than a long campaign.
Spend is weighted to Indore and nearby towns, where a pack ordered early in the week can still arrive in time, and it stops with Rang Panchami itself. Family packs and combos carry it; single pouches stay out, as they do all year.
For a garment counter, the same week sells white kurtas sized for the whole family, and the ads follow the sizes you actually hold rather than the ones on order.
Hindi creative, Devanagari and what each platform allows
Hindi is worth testing for buyers in Indore and across Madhya Pradesh. Google matches Search ads to the language they are written in, so searches typed in Devanagari need ads in Hindi; Meta reaches people by the language they use in the app.
So the test is set per platform: Hindi Search ads beside English ones on Google, Hindi creative against English for one audience on Meta, each on a fixed budget and judged on kept orders. A fluent speaker on your side approves every Hindi line.
Festive messages are where the test is most worth running, Navratri and Diwali above all, since the greeting carries much of the ad. Product details stay the same in both versions, so the language is the only thing being tested.
How performance marketing services in Indore are planned
The plan is built from your figures, on calls from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi; nobody needs to travel to Indore. What we ask for at the start:
- cost and packing per pack size, and the freight each pays;
- a store order export showing first orders, reorders and refunds;
- marketplace settlement reports and read access to every ad account in scope;
- batch sizes and shelf life, so ads never outrun fresh stock;
- the dates of your festive and corporate gifting calendar.
Each week’s page opens with one number, usually contribution after ad spend, against target, then spend by pack size and region, the pauses made under each rule, and the decisions we need from you.
GST at 18% is added to our fee on its own line, and the platforms bill your media spend. The method is set out on our performance marketing services page, and our Indore page covers everything else we run for the city.
