In short
- Performance marketing services in Hyderabad plan ad budgets around a lunar and Telangana calendar, so money is held back for Ramzan, Bonalu, Bathukamma and Diwali.
- Break-even for bangles, pearls and serveware must include breakage and return freight, or a campaign that looks profitable loses money once parcels come back.
- Wellness brands need longer creative tests and budgets that allow for rejected ads, because health claims are restricted on Google and Meta.
- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh can need separate budget lines, because cash-on-delivery refusals, language and festivals differ between them.
- Kavita Enterprises plans Hyderabad ad budgets remotely from New Delhi and reports one weekly number on kept orders; media spend is billed by the platforms.
Performance marketing services in Hyderabad start from a calendar national plans get wrong: Ramzan moving earlier each year, Bonalu and Bathukamma kept in Telangana, and a wedding season that runs into the new year. We plan ad budgets around it from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi.
The goods add their own arithmetic. Bangles and serveware break in transit, wellness products face ad rules that slow every test, and cash-on-delivery orders from smaller towns come back refused. A target that ignores any of these spends money the seller never sees again.
We run brands of our own as well, with the rule we bring to yours: decide what an order is worth, and when spending stops, before the first rupee goes out. That is an operator’s habit, not an agency’s.
Our performance marketing services page explains the margin model, pacing and stop rules in general; this page covers how they meet Hyderabad’s goods, calendar and buyers.
Why does a Hyderabad plan start with Ramzan?
Because for many old-city sellers Ramzan outweighs any marketplace sale. Demand for kurtas, bangles and serving sets climbs through the month towards Eid, and the month itself arrives earlier each year with the lunar calendar.
The plan holds budget back in the months before, tests creative in the quieter weeks, and releases spend in steps as the month opens. A plan copied from last year’s dates arrives late, and late is when auctions cost the most.
Buying runs late into the evening during the month, so ad schedules are read by the hour, after iftar especially, before budget moves between times of day. The pattern differs by product, and your own numbers decide it.
After Eid, spend comes down early, because returns from festive orders land later and belong in the result. Eid al-Adha brings a second, smaller peak, planned in the same pass; our guide to festive sale planning covers the preparation step by step.
How do breakage and RTO change the target?
They lower it. A target set on placed orders assumes every parcel is kept; for bangles, pearls and serveware, some arrive broken and some are refused, and each of those costs freight, often both ways, with no sale at the end.
We build the margin model per product group with those costs in it: commission or gateway charges, freight out and back, packaging, breakage, returns and RTO, the return of refused or undeliverable parcels. The break-even line comes from that sheet, not from habit.
Illustration: a bangle set sells for ₹ 800 net of GST and leaves ₹ 320 after product cost, fees and freight. If breakage and refusals cost ₹ 80 an order on average, ₹ 240 remains, and that is the most its ads can cost.
Serveware follows the same logic with heavier freight, and pearl sets with more value lost in each broken parcel. Each product group gets its own line, because one blended target overpays for the fragile lines and starves the sturdy ones.
Which Hyderabad categories need different targets?
Each of the city’s trades carries a different mix of margin, breakage, returns and repeat buying, so each gets a target of its own rather than one for the whole account.

- Bangles and fashion jewellery. Low prices and breakage keep the break-even line tight, and marketplace ads on proven sets often earn before Meta prospecting does.
- Pearls and bridal sets. Higher values allow more spend per order, but buyers take longer to decide, so results are read over the wedding season rather than week by week.
- Wellness products. Reorders can repay a thin first order where your data shows them, while restricted claims mean slower tests and more rejected ads.
- Handloom sarees. Bought for Bonalu, Bathukamma and weddings, often after days of browsing, so retargeting and catalogue ads carry more of the work.
- Kitchen and serveware. Heavy freight and breakage, with demand around Eid and Diwali; a short video of a handi in use can earn a place.
Our kitchen and dining page covers freight, breakage and packing for that category, and Shopping campaigns for handis and serving sets run under our Google Ads management.
How should wellness brands plan their tests?
With more patience, and a bigger allowance for rejection, than most categories need. Health claims are restricted on Google and Meta, so early rounds of creative often fail review or find no buyers, and the test budget has to survive that.
Claims are settled with you and your regulatory advisor before any ad is made, and creative leans on ingredients, routine and who the product is for. Meta’s advertising standards set out what its review rejects.
Targets for these brands are read on reorders as well as first orders, where the storefront or marketplace data shows them. A wellness brand that wins a buyer on Amazon may see the reorder there too, so both channels count.
The licences behind those claims are set out on our page about how to sell personal care products online.
Do Telangana and Andhra buyers need separate budgets?
Often, once each has enough orders to read. Cash-on-delivery refusals, the language buyers respond to and the festivals that matter can differ between Hyderabad, the rest of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and a single budget hides which region earns its spend.
We start with one campaign and split results by region in the weekly report, then separate the budgets when the gap is large enough to act on. Bonalu and Bathukamma campaigns, for instance, belong to Telangana audiences; Sankranti matters on both sides of the border.
Language gets the same treatment. Telugu and English versions, and Urdu or Hindi versions for old-city and Eid campaigns, each carry their own budget line, so the plan can see which one earns. Our Meta Ads management builds those versions.
Where should Hyderabad ads send buyers?
To wherever the order leaves more after costs. Wellness reorders often belong on Amazon, where buyers already trust the listing; bridal pearl sets and handloom often do better on your own store, with room for the story.
Old-city sellers who close sales in chat can use Meta’s click-to-WhatsApp ads, which open a conversation instead of a product page. Those campaigns are judged on the orders the chats produce, logged by the shop when no tracking can see them.
The plan states where each campaign sends buyers and why, because the choice changes the margin. When ads point to a marketplace, the listing side is handled under marketplace account management in Hyderabad.
How are Bonalu, Bathukamma and Diwali budgeted?
As one season with three peaks, because they come close together. Bonalu in July or August suits saree and bangle campaigns in Telangana; Bathukamma runs alongside Navratri into Dasara; then Diwali arrives with the marketplaces’ festive events, when auction costs climb for everyone.
Creative for all three is tested in June and early July, when clicks are cheaper, so each peak opens with ads already proven. Budget for Diwali is held back from the earlier peaks rather than spent on them, unless they beat their targets.
The wedding season follows from November, carrying bridal bangles, pearls and silk into the new year, and Sankranti in January gives unsold festive stock a second chance. Each has its own budget line and its own stop rule.
When does a Hyderabad plan cut spend?
When the next rupee would lose money, under rules written before the peak. Four come up most for Hyderabad sellers: a bangle size selling out mid-Ramzan, a wellness listing suppressed over a claim, refusals rising in one district, and a campaign stuck below break-even.
Each rule says what sets it off and what has to be true before spend returns, so nobody argues for a pause in the middle of a festival night. Restarts are gradual, since the bidding algorithms need time to settle after a big change.
What will the weekly report tell you?
One number first, usually margin after ad spend against target; then spend against plan by channel, results as the platforms report them and as reconciled with your orders, and the decisions we need from you.

Through Ramzan and the Diwali run-up the same report is read more closely, with breakage and RTO from earlier weeks folded in as they land, so the second half of a peak is judged on kept orders rather than hopes.
Purchase data comes from the Pixel, GA4 and Meta’s Conversions API, checked against real orders. Platform numbers arrive first and reconciled ones later, once returns land; both appear, labelled, and earlier weeks are restated as their returns come in.
How does planning start?
With your numbers and your calendar. We gather product costs by group, settlement reports, a storefront order export showing what was delivered, refused or returned, and read access to each ad account, then rebuild what each channel earned after breakage and RTO.
Next comes the festival calendar for the coming year, with this year’s Ramzan dates, Bonalu, Bathukamma, Diwali and the wedding months, and the budget each one needs held back. You approve the plan before spend changes, and the weekly report starts the week after.
Do we need to meet to plan?
No. Planning happens over calls and shared documents, with read access to your accounts, all from our office in Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, the only one we have. Your ad accounts stay registered to your business.
Campaign building is covered on our page for Google Ads management in Hyderabad, and the Hyderabad page covers storefronts, marketplaces and garments.
