In short
- Performance marketing services in Delhi NCR decide what ad spend must return, how the budget moves through the year, and when spend stops.
- A Delhi NCR ad budget is usually heaviest from Navratri to Diwali, then shifts to the wedding season and winterwear until mid-January.
- Winterwear ships heavier, so jackets, quilts and blankets carry higher freight and return costs, and their break-even ROAS sits above a summer range’s.
- NCR buyers live, work and shop across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, so budgets are planned by area and judged on orders kept.
- Kavita Enterprises plans NCR budgets from Gandhi Nagar, where brands can review the plan in person; media spend is billed by the platforms.
Performance marketing services in Delhi NCR start from three facts about the region: its spending year bunches into a few months, its winter changes the margin on much of a catalogue, and its buyers cross state lines daily. We plan for all three.
The plan sets what each rupee of ad spend must return, how the budget moves through the year and when spend stops. Because Gandhi Nagar is close, NCR brands can sit with us for the monthly review, where targets are reset when costs move.
We run brands of our own as well, which is why our plans start from margin rather than from a platform’s view of success.
How should an NCR budget follow the year?
An NCR ad budget should be heaviest from Navratri to Diwali, shift to the wedding season and winterwear until mid-January, and use the quieter months to test. Spending evenly across the year wastes the quiet months and starves the peaks.

| Months | What the budget does | What we test |
|---|---|---|
| January | Clears winter stock around Lohri and the Republic Day sale events, then steps down | Nothing new; clearance offers only |
| February to March | Holds steady; Holi gifting where it fits | Openings, offers and formats for summer |
| April to June | Summer cottons, spring weddings, holiday kidswear | New audiences at small scale |
| July to August | Raksha Bandhan and Independence Day sale events | Festive creative, in English, Hindi and Hinglish |
| September to November | Held-back budget released in steps for Navratri, Karva Chauth and Diwali | No tests; proven ads only |
| November to January | Wedding season and winterwear, with stop dates set in advance | Nothing that risks peak weeks |
Clicks and impressions cost more in festive weeks, so tests run in August and October opens with ads that have already sold. The budget held back for the peak is written into the plan in July and released in measured steps.
For the sale days themselves, Google Ads offers a seasonality adjustment that warns automated bidding of a short rise in conversion rate. We use it on the marketplace event days and Diwali week, and remove it when the sale ends.
Our guide to festive sale planning for online sellers covers the stock and listing side of the same months.
Where does Karva Chauth fit in the plan?
Karva Chauth gets a campaign, a budget and an end date of its own. It falls in the run-up to Diwali, often during the marketplaces’ festive sale events, and a general festive campaign left alone spends on Diwali searches while Karva Chauth buyers go unserved.
Its buyers want sarees, suits, bangles and gift sets in the fortnight before the day, so the campaign starts then and stops once an order can no longer arrive in time. Spend after that point buys disappointed customers and returns.
Creative for it is shot and tested in August, with the festive-look angle and the gifting angle tried side by side. By the time the fortnight opens, the plan knows which one sells your range.
Does winterwear change the margin model?
Yes. A jacket, a quilt or a blanket ships heavier and bulkier than a summer kurta, so forward freight, reverse freight on returns and packing all cost more, and the margin left before advertising shrinks. A lower margin means a higher break-even ROAS.
Illustration: two products each sell for ₹ 1,000 net of GST. A summer kurta leaves ₹ 400 before ads, a break-even ROAS of 2.5. A quilt leaves ₹ 250 once its heavier freight is counted, so its break-even ROAS rises to 4.
A single year-round target would overspend on winter lines and underspend on summer ones. We keep a separate winter margin model per product group, built from your freight invoices and last winter’s returns, and set winter targets from it.
Winter in Delhi is short and ends quickly. Every winter campaign gets a stop date and a stock floor written into the plan in October, so spend falls away as the cold does.
Home textile brands selling quilts and blankets meet the same arithmetic, as our page on how to sell home textiles online explains.
How should spend be split across NCR areas?
By what each area keeps, not by where clicks come from. Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad buy differently, and refusals and returns differ between them, so the plan reads orders kept after returns and RTO area by area before it moves money.
RTO, return to origin, is the cash-on-delivery parcel refused at the door, which pays freight both ways. An area that orders heavily but refuses often can cost more than a quieter area that keeps what it buys.
Commuters complicate the reading. Many people live in one state and work in another, so an ad seen at a desk in Gurugram may be answered from a home in Delhi. We judge areas on delivery pincodes, never on where an ad was seen.
The same habit makes holdout tests hard inside the NCR. Switching Meta off in Noida while it runs in Delhi leaks, because the same people cross between the two every day; a holdout across the whole region against another metro reads more cleanly.
Which creative tests suit NCR buyers?
Tests that settle one question an NCR plan depends on, run in the quiet months with a fixed budget. The questions that matter most here are language, the angle that sells occasion wear, and whether a prepaid incentive pays for itself.
- Language. A Hinglish opening line against an English one, on the same video and budget, judged on orders kept.
- Occasion against price. A Karva Chauth or wedding angle against a price-led one, for the same suit or saree.
- Prepaid incentive. A small discount for paying online, set against what it saves in RTO, area by area.
- Format. A product video shot in daylight against a still carousel, for winter ranges where texture sells.
Shoot winter creative in October. Haze and fog over Delhi from November make outdoor daylight scarce, and a winter range shot under them looks grey on a phone.
Each round is written down before it runs and closed with a result before the next begins. Building the ads sits with Google Ads management in Delhi NCR; the questions, budgets and decisions sit in the plan.
How does wedding wear change the measurement?
Wedding and occasion wear is researched for weeks and often bought in the shop, so a seven-day online count understates what the ads did. Brands selling lehengas, sherwanis and suits from Chandni Chowk or Karol Bagh need a longer view.
We read wedding-season campaigns over a longer window, through the marketing efficiency ratio, total revenue divided by total marketing spend, and through branded searches, rather than platform-reported sales alone.
Shop sales need a way in. A code, a WhatsApp number or a message line tagged by campaign lets the counter record which ad brought the buyer, and those sales enter the plan beside online orders.
Our page on how to sell clothes online in India covers the online side of the category.
Should a Gandhi Nagar reseller buy ads?
Only in a narrow form. A value range bought by the lot in Gandhi Nagar and sold on Meesho or Flipkart leaves little per piece after commission, freight and returns, so the break-even ad cost per order is small and easy to overshoot.
For these sellers the plan is usually modest: sponsored ads only on the styles with proven sell-through, capped daily, and paused the moment a size runs short. Price, listing quality and stock depth do more for them than any campaign.
We say so before quoting. If the arithmetic leaves no room for ads, the plan will show it, and the work worth paying for is on the account side, not in the ad console.
What should NCR brands ask before hiring?
If you are comparing performance marketing agencies in Delhi NCR, ask questions that only a plan built for this region can answer. Three are enough to separate a plan from a spending habit:
- When did your budget move last festive season, and under which written rule?
- How will you split spend between Delhi, Gurugram and Noida, and on what data?
- What will you stop in the week after Diwali, and what makes you start again?
Our answers are in the plan we hand you before any money moves, and in the monthly review, which NCR brands can attend in Gandhi Nagar. How targets are worked out in general is on our performance marketing services page.
How does planning run from Gandhi Nagar?
Through your own accounts, a written plan, a weekly report and a monthly review. We need read access to every ad account in scope, your cost sheet by product group, recent marketplace settlements and a storefront order export that marks refused and returned orders.

The weekly report opens with one number against target, and shows each stop or budget move with the rule that caused it. Winter weeks add a line on stock against the stop date, so nobody is surprised by the end of the season.
Our fee is quoted on scope with GST at 18%, as CGST and SGST for a Delhi business or IGST for one in Haryana or Uttar Pradesh. Media spend never passes through us; Google, Meta and the marketplaces bill you directly.
The region’s wider picture, from its trades to its tax lines, is on our page for ecommerce services in Delhi NCR. To begin, send your cost sheet and ad account names, and suggest a day to meet.
