Our Google Ads management in Pune runs Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Meta campaigns for founder-led brands, inside the brand’s own accounts. We work remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, with keywords, locations and creative set around Ganeshotsav, the monsoon and the academic year.

In short
- Google Ads management for a Pune brand means structure, keywords, feeds, locations and bids run weekly inside the brand’s own account, against agreed targets.
- Pune shoppers search in English, in Marathi typed in English letters and in Devanagari, so keyword lists and search-term reviews need all three.
- Searches naming a Pune market or ending in “near me” usually come from buyers wanting a shop, so online-only brands exclude or bid them down.
- Meta no longer offers detailed targeting by religious interests, so Ganeshotsav campaigns reach buyers through location, language and the creative itself.
- We run Pune brands’ Google and Meta campaigns remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi; media spend is billed to the brand by the platforms.
Our Google Ads management in Pune runs the campaigns of founder-led brands inside their own accounts: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Meta, with keywords, locations and creative set for the city’s buyers. We work remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi.
We run brands of our own as well, so a wasted search term is money we recognise. If you are comparing Google Ads agencies in Pune, ask each one to show you last month’s search terms report.
How Pune shoppers search, and in which script
A Pune account’s search terms report usually shows three ways of typing the same need: plain English, Marathi in English letters, and Marathi in Devanagari. A keyword list built only in English misses the last two, and pays broad match to guess at them.

- English. Product words such as waterproof trekking shoes, school kit or vitamin C serum, which carry most of the volume.
- Marathi in English letters. Nauvari saree, makhar for Ganpati, modak mould, Paithani, spelt several ways, and each spelling worth checking.
- Devanagari. Fewer searches, usually from buyers who will also read Marathi ad copy, which makes them the natural audience for a Marathi test.
Google matches Search ads, and the Search part of Performance Max, to the language they are written in. So a Marathi search is reached by an ad written in Marathi, and a Marathi ad group needs its own copy, not translated keywords under English ads.
We build each theme with all three where the search terms justify it. Our page on Google Ads management services covers structure and bidding in depth; this page is about what changes for Pune.
The same report shows which searches to refuse. Terms that name a market, such as Tulshibaug or Laxmi Road, or end in “near me”, usually come from people wanting a shop to visit. An online-only brand excludes them, or bids them down hard.
Wholesale and bulk-rate searches go the same way for a brand that sells only by the piece. Each negative is logged with its reason, so a term excluded in July can be reconsidered in December.
Locations: city, state or the whole country
Many Pune brands sell across India, so most of their campaigns should too. We narrow the location only where the product or the delivery date demands it, and set each narrowed campaign to reach people present in the area, not merely interested in it.
- Maharashtra for Ganeshotsav lines. Decorations and puja items sell where the festival is kept at home, so their campaigns weight Maharashtra, with Pune and Mumbai at the centre.
- Areas around campuses and IT parks. Hostel bedding, study desks and luggage for students and new joiners, targeted around Hinjewadi, Kharadi and the college areas at the start of term.
- Areas excluded for delivery. Where refusals or late deliveries cluster, from your order data, those locations are bid down or removed.
Meta works the same way: Meta’s ad targeting covers location, age and the language a person uses in the app, and the creative does the rest. Narrow audiences cost more to reach, so each one earns its own budget line rather than sharing one.
Ganeshotsav campaigns, from search to Reels
Ganeshotsav gets its own campaigns, with their own budget and a written end date, so festival spend never leaks into the rest of the year. Decoration searches rise in the weeks before Chaturthi, and those weeks decide the result.

- Search. A festival campaign with makhar, decoration and puja terms, sitelinks to the collection, and a callout giving the last order date for delivery before Chaturthi.
- Shopping. Decoration products tagged with a festival label, so they can be bid up early and switched off on the cut-off date.
- Meta. Reels and Stories that show a makhar going up, lights on, a modak mould in use: the product in a home within the first seconds.
- The end date. Decoration ads stop once delivery in time cannot be promised; gift and festive-wear ads carry on into Navratri and Diwali.
Meta no longer offers detailed targeting by religious interests, so festival campaigns reach buyers through location, language and the creative itself. In practice that is enough: a makhar in the first frame selects its own audience.
Festival creative goes in for platform review early, with a spare version ready, because a rejected ad found in the last week costs the days that matter most.
Monsoon campaigns for trek and rain gear
The monsoon gives Pune brands a season of their own. Rain jackets, trekking shoes, waterproof backpacks and quick-dry clothing get a campaign that opens before the first heavy rain and closes as the season turns in September.
- Search. Product terms such as monsoon trekking shoes or rain jacket for bike, the way Pune buyers phrase them. Searches for a fort’s name usually come from people planning the trek rather than buying for it, so they start as negatives.
- Shopping. A monsoon label in the feed lets these products bid harder from late May, and lets the bids fall back once September comes.
- Meta. Gear filmed outdoors in the rain, on a real trail, in vertical video; buyers trust a jacket they have seen soaked.
- Clearance. Leftover stock gets a short sale in September, then leaves the ads until the next May.
Delivery shapes the same campaigns. When the rains slow parcels through the ghats and a landing page’s delivery promise slips, the ads pointing at it are paused until the promise is true again.
Shopping feeds for trek gear, stationery and skincare
Shopping and Performance Max read your product feed, not your keywords, so the feed decides which searches your products appear for. Pune’s usual categories each need particular attributes filled in, in the store data the feed draws from.
- Trek and rain gear. Size and size system for shoes, capacity in litres for backpacks, and “waterproof” only where it is true; a soaked buyer returns the jacket and writes the review.
- Stationery. Pack counts and multipack values, so a kit is not compared with a single pen.
- Skincare and haircare. Volume, skin or hair type, and the main ingredient in the title, the way buyers search.
Custom labels mark each product’s season and margin band: monsoon, back to school, Ganeshotsav, Diwali. Performance Max can then bid by what a product earns in its season, with brand terms excluded where a brand campaign already covers them.
Our page on Google Shopping ads management covers feed work in full, and our page on selling fitness products online covers the listings behind the gear.
Meta for students, new joiners and families
On Meta we keep audiences broad and let the creative choose the buyer, with a separate line for each group Pune gives a brand: students and new joiners, families, and the city’s trekkers and runners. Recent buyers are excluded wherever the goal is new customers.
Students and new joiners respond to price and practicality, in English or Hindi more often than Marathi. Families respond to the festival and the school term. Trekkers respond to gear shown in the rain, which no studio photograph can fake.
Catalogue ads follow people who viewed a product, and Advantage+ campaigns are used once the Pixel and Conversions API send clean purchase events. Our guide to Meta ads for D2C brands covers the method behind both.
Ads for the academic year
New students and new joiners arrive in Pune at the start of each academic year and, for the IT parks, all year round. Their searches are practical: hostel essentials, a single bedsheet, a study table that folds, a trolley bag for the first trip home.
Those campaigns open a few weeks before term, run in English and Hindi, and point at bundles rather than single items, because a starter kit raises the order value enough to pay for the click. Location targeting around campuses keeps the spend near the buyers.
Exam season works the same way for stationery. Exam pads, geometry boxes and pens earn search budget in the weeks before the February board exams, and little after the first paper.
Brand search and the marketplaces
Once a Pune brand is known locally, people search its name, and competitors can bid on it. A separate brand campaign with its own target keeps those buyers from being taken cheaply, and stops cheap brand sales from flattering the rest of the account.
Many of the same brands also sell on Amazon and Flipkart, where sponsored product ads follow the same discipline: harvested search terms, negatives, and bids set against the margin left after commission. Ganeshotsav and back-to-school terms move there as well.
When our team also runs the seller panels, listing fixes and bid changes are planned in one weekly review; our page on marketplace account management in Pune covers that side.
The weekly checks on a Pune account
The same checklist runs every week, and every change it produces is logged with a reason in your report.
- search terms, including Marathi spellings and shop-seeking searches, added as keywords or negatives;
- the location report, compared with where your orders are actually delivered;
- feed errors and disapprovals, fixed in the store data rather than patched;
- festival creative, which tires faster than evergreen ads, rotated before results fade;
- end dates on festival campaigns, and order-by dates on the pages they point to;
- purchases recording once in each platform, checked against your orders.
Taking over a founder-run ad account
A founder-run account usually carries boosted posts, many small ad sets and a purchase event that fires twice. We keep its history, pause rather than delete, and move budget to the new structure in steps once tracking is fixed.
Targets and budget ranges come from our performance marketing services in Pune, so the campaigns here are judged against a margin rather than against last month. The full method is on our Google Ads and Meta Ads management page.
We work as users on your accounts, which stay in your name, and nobody needs to travel between Pune and Delhi. Our fee carries GST at 18% on its own line, and your ad spend is billed to you by the platforms.
The rest of what we run for the city is on our page about ecommerce services in Pune. To start, send us your account names and festival dates.
