How we work
Inside your accounts, from New Delhi

In short

  • Google Ads management in Hyderabad means reading what buyers type for bangles, pearls, ikat sarees and handis, and paying only for searches that sell.
  • Since September 2026, Google matches Search ads to the language they are written in, so Telugu or Urdu campaigns need ads written in that language.
  • Ads for wellness products must avoid treat, cure and before-and-after claims, which Google and Meta reject in review and which can restrict an account.
  • Ramzan campaigns should be scheduled from each year’s dates and read by hour, because buying shifts into the evening after iftar.
  • Kavita Enterprises runs Hyderabad sellers’ Google, Meta and marketplace ads inside their own accounts, remotely from New Delhi; media spend is billed by the platforms.

Google Ads management in Hyderabad starts with what buyers type: bangle sizes, pearl sets, ikat sarees, biryani handis and herbal skincare, each in its own words and season. We run Google, Meta and marketplace campaigns in sellers’ own accounts from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi.

Many of the city’s sellers came to ads from a shop counter or a WhatsApp catalogue, and their first campaigns were set up by whoever had time. Those accounts often spend on the wrong searches, count the wrong conversions and stop at the wrong moments.

We run brands of our own as well, so we judge a click by what it costs a seller. We are an operator, not an agency, and the accounts are run that way.

Product words first, then place and occasion. Searches for bangles carry sizes and materials; pearl searches often carry the city’s name, because Hyderabad pearls are a known trade; saree searches name the weave; kitchen searches name the dish the pot is for.

We group campaigns by trade and intent: product searches, searches naming Hyderabad or Charminar, occasion searches for Eid, Bonalu or weddings, and your shop’s own name. Each group gets its own ads, landing page and target.

Old shops with a known name get searched by that name, and resellers sometimes bid on it. A small brand campaign keeps those searches landing on your own store or listing, at a low cost per click.

Negatives matter as much as keywords. Retail sellers add wholesale, bulk and job searches as negatives, along with how-to searches from people making bangles or biryani rather than buying them, and the search terms report shows new ones every week.

Account structure and bidding are covered in full under our Google Ads management service.

How should Shopping work for bangles and pearls?

From a feed that describes each piece as it is. Shopping ads show the image and price before the click, so titles carry the material, size and set contents, and pearls are named cultured or imitation, never real without proof.

Bangles sold by size need each size as a variant with its own availability, so an ad never sends a buyer to a size that has sold out. Images sit on a plain ground with no offer text printed across them, which Merchant Center requires.

Ikat sarees and bedsheets need the weave named in the title and true colour in the image, because in Shopping the feed does the targeting and the photograph does the selling.

Custom labels mark margin band, breakage risk and season, so Shopping can bid harder on sturdy, high-margin sets and ease off fragile, low-margin glass. The Google Shopping ads service explains each feed field we fix.

Performance Max runs only once the feed is clean, with your shop’s name excluded where brand search already covers it, and beside a standard Shopping campaign until it proves it finds new buyers rather than claiming old ones.

How does Google handle Telugu and Urdu ads?

By the language of the ad. Since September 2026 Google matches Search ads to the language they are written in, and that covers the Search part of Performance Max too, so a Telugu or Urdu campaign is built from ads written in that language.

Meta still targets the language a person uses in the app, so Facebook and Instagram can reach Telugu or Urdu readers directly. Old-city Eid campaigns and Telangana festival campaigns each get versions in the language their buyers read.

Each version needs its own landing page in the same language, and a fluent writer on your side to write or check it; we build the campaigns and report each version’s kept orders separately.

Which areas should Hyderabad campaigns cover?

The areas you can deliver to profitably, which the account learns over time. We aim at people who live in or keep returning to the chosen areas, not those only interested in them, starting with the city and the districts where orders hold.

Within Hyderabad, the old city and the technology corridors behave like two markets, with different products, languages and payment habits. Separate campaigns for them, each with its own ads and landing pages, often read better than one city-wide campaign.

Across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, refusals of cash-on-delivery parcels vary by district, so RTO by pin code from your shipping app feeds back into the location settings each month.

When should Ramzan ads run?

From just before the month begins until Eid, scheduled from this year’s dates. Within the month, buying shifts into the evening after iftar and late into the night, so results are read hour by hour before the schedule is changed.

Bangle sets, kurtas and serving sets carry most Ramzan campaigns, with Eid gifting creative in the last weeks. Offers and promotion assets clear review before the month starts, because a rejected Eid ad found on the first evening costs the busiest night.

After Eid, schedules return to normal and spend comes down; Eid al-Adha later in the year gets a shorter campaign built from what worked.

Do click-to-WhatsApp ads suit old-city shops?

Often, because many of them already close sales in chat. Meta’s click-to-WhatsApp ads open a conversation with the shop instead of a product page, which suits bridal sets, custom bangle orders and buyers who want to ask before paying.

Results are counted in orders that come out of the chats, so the shop keeps a log of every sale that began with an ad conversation; without it, the campaign cannot be judged. Replies have to come quickly while the ads run.

How are wedding-season campaigns planned?

Around long decisions. Bridal bangle sets, pearl sets and silk sarees are bought over weeks, often after several visits, so the season leans on catalogue ads and retargeting that show buyers the pieces they looked at, with frequency kept in check.

The season runs from November to February, around the dates families fix, and the creative moves from browsing to gifting as it goes on: sets and matching pieces first, gift boxes for guests and relatives later. Each phase gets its own budget line.

What can wellness ads say?

What the label and the evidence support, and nothing about curing anyone. Google and Meta restrict health claims, and Meta’s advertising standards reject before-and-after images and wording that points at the viewer’s own condition.

For Hyderabad’s ayurvedic, herbal and supplement brands, the ads that pass review show the ingredient, the texture and the daily routine, and say who the product is for. Claims are agreed with you and your regulatory advisor before creative is made.

Disapprovals are logged with the policy cited; a wrong one goes to review, and a fair one changes the brief. Repeated disapprovals can limit an account, which is why claims are settled before the first ad rather than after the fifth.

Our personal care page explains which licence each kind of product needs.

Does kitchenware need video ads?

Often, yes. A handi or a pressure cooker sells on capacity, weight and how it cooks, which a short video shows better than any photograph, and Hyderabad’s food culture gives the creative its setting: biryani, haleem and the family feast.

Video is judged on completed views, branded searches and site visits afterwards, and the margin after ads, because few people click a video and buy at once. Our kitchen and dining page covers freight and breakage for the category.

How do marketplace ads fit in?

In the same plan, with their own break-even lines. Bangle sets and serveware on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho are bid against the margin left after commission, breakage and returns, which is thinner than on your own store.

Automatic campaigns surface buyers’ terms; manual ones bid on the terms that sold, with negatives for the rest. A bid never rises before the listing is checked as a buyer sees it: main image, size in stock and rating.

Meesho buyers decide on a small screen, so ads there lean on the main image more than on any other marketplace.

Marketplace ads are covered in full by our Google Ads and Meta Ads management service; the ROAS, ACoS and TACoS guide explains the ratios marketplaces report.

What happens in the first weeks?

Tracking and conversion settings come first. Accounts set up in a hurry often count add-to-carts or WhatsApp clicks as purchases, which trains bidding to chase the wrong people; the purchase becomes the only primary goal before any bid changes.

Then structure: campaigns regrouped by trade and intent, Shopping built from the fixed feed, Meta consolidated into fewer ad sets with enough purchases to learn from. Old campaigns stay paused instead of deleted, keeping their history.

From there the routine is weekly, with every change logged by date and reason. During Ramzan and the weeks before Diwali the same checks run more often, because a disapproved ad or a sold-out size costs most then.

The weekly report is written for the shop owner, not for an analyst: what was spent, which orders were kept, what we changed and what needs your decision.

Can the ads be run from Delhi?

Yes. Everything we change happens inside your Google, Meta and marketplace accounts, with access you grant and can remove, and the work is done in Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, at the only office we have. The accounts remain your business’s property.

Targets and budget ranges are set under performance marketing services in Hyderabad; for a store to send ads to, see ecommerce website development in Hyderabad. Our Hyderabad page lists the rest of our work in the city.

Questions

Questions Hyderabad sellers ask about their ads

How much does Google Ads management cost in Hyderabad?
It depends on the platforms and marketplaces in scope, how much work the product feed needs, and how often new creative must be made for Ramzan, Bonalu and the wedding season. We quote after an audit, per service level, with GST at 18% on its own line, charged as IGST from Delhi to a Telangana business. Google, Meta and the marketplaces bill your media spend to you directly.
Can Google Ads show my ads only in Hyderabad?
Yes: location targeting can cover the city, chosen pin codes, a radius or the whole of Telangana, aimed at people who are in or regularly in those places. Many sellers start with the areas they deliver to well and widen as refusals and returns show where orders hold. We read results by location each week and move budget accordingly.
Can I run Google Ads in Telugu?
Yes. Since September 2026 Google matches Search ads to the language the ad is written in, so a Telugu campaign needs ads written in Telugu rather than a language setting. Meta still lets you target people by the language they use in the app, and each version should be written or checked by a fluent writer on your side, with a matching landing page.
Why are my ayurvedic product ads disapproved?
Most often for health claims: promising to treat or cure, naming a condition the viewer may have, or showing before-and-after results. Google and Meta both restrict such claims, and repeated disapprovals can limit an account. We rewrite the ad around what goes into the product and how it is used, and request a review when a disapproval is wrong.
What time of day should Ramzan ads run?
Your own data decides, but evening and late-night buying after iftar is common, so we read results hour by hour before changing the schedule. Schedules are set from this year’s dates, because Ramzan moves earlier each year. After Eid, schedules return to normal and spend comes down.
Should a pearl shop run Google Shopping ads?
Yes, if the feed describes each piece honestly: cultured or imitation, size in millimetres, colour and the set’s contents. Shopping shows the image and price before the click, which suits buyers comparing sets. Pearls described as real without proof invite disapprovals and returns, so titles come from your product records only.
Do you also run Meesho and Flipkart ads?
Yes, at the level that includes marketplace ads, wherever your seller account offers them. Each marketplace gets its own break-even line after commission, breakage and returns, and its results sit in the same weekly report as Google and Meta.
Can you take over an ad account someone else set up?
Yes. We read its history first, pause rather than delete the old campaigns, and correct the conversion settings before changing bids, so nothing that worked is lost. The account stays in your name throughout, and access is given and removed by you.
