In short

  • Google Ads management in Mumbai covers search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for the city’s fashion labels, beauty brands and celebrity-led launches.
  • Once a launch makes a brand searchable, others may bid on its name; Google’s trademark policy restricts its use in ad text, not as keywords.
  • Made-to-order designer pieces can stay in Shopping with the feed’s availability set to preorder or backorder, together with an availability date.
  • Meta restricts some beauty and wellness ads to adults and limits before-and-after images, so Mumbai beauty creative is checked against that policy first.
  • Kavita Enterprises runs Mumbai ad accounts remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, inside each client’s own Google, Meta and marketplace accounts.

Google Ads management in Mumbai is shaped by the city’s brands: labels whose feeds carry made-to-order pieces, beauty brands whose ads meet strict platform rules, and celebrity launches whose names others bid on. We run those accounts remotely from Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi.

The work happens inside the ad, Merchant Center and marketplace accounts you own, through user access you can remove. Every week’s changes are logged with their reasons, and reviews happen on video calls with your people.

We run brands of our own as well, so we judge each setting by what it costs a seller, festive weeks included.

How do Mumbai launches protect their brand name?

With a brand search campaign that is live before the announcement. When a launch makes a name famous, resellers and copycat products start bidding on it, and a buyer who searches for the brand should find your store and official listings first.

Google’s trademark policy matters here. At the time of writing, Google does not restrict trademarks used as keywords, so others can bid on your name; a trademark owner can complain about its use in their ad text, which keeps the name out of their headlines.

The brand campaign uses exact and phrase match on the name and its common misspellings, with sitelinks to the launch collection, the bestselling styles and your official marketplace listings, so a buyer has no reason to click a stranger’s ad.

Its target is set apart from every other campaign. Brand searches convert cheaply because the celebrity did the work, and mixing them into product campaigns would make every other campaign look better than it is.

How should Mumbai fashion feeds be built?

From the product data a buyer filters by: colour, size, material, pattern, and the gender and age group a piece is cut for, with each style’s sizes and colours grouped as variants of one product. Shopping ads draw on the feed, not on keywords.

Mumbai labels often name colours their own way, such as rust, sindoor or sea moss. The feed keeps the label’s name in the title and maps the colour attribute to a plain colour buyers search for, so the product shows for both.

Made-to-order designer pieces need honest availability. Set to preorder or backorder with an availability date, they can stay in Shopping; marked in stock, they are either disapproved or sold with a promise the workshop cannot keep.

Images go on a plain ground without text laid over them. The styled campaign shots that sell on Instagram belong in Meta, while Shopping takes the clean product image; our page on Google Shopping ads management covers the rest of the feed.

What do Meta’s rules mean for beauty ads?

That creative is checked before it is submitted, not after a rejection. Meta’s health and wellness policy restricts some beauty and wellness ads to adults and limits before-and-after images, and its wider policies forbid copy that implies it knows the viewer’s skin problem.

A Reel saying your face wash clears acne makes a drug claim rather than a cosmetic claim, and will be rejected; a Reel showing the lather, naming the ingredients and saying what the product is for will run.

We brief creators and your studio on that line before the shoot, so the footage that comes back can be used.

Repeated rejections can restrict an ad account, which costs far more than one rewritten caption. Our page on how to sell personal care products online covers the category’s listing and claim rules.

What do Mumbai beauty brands need on Google?

A feed that identifies each product exactly. Beauty products carry barcodes, so the feed gives each one its GTIN, brand and size in millilitres or grams, and lists every shade as a variant, which lets Google match your product to searches for it by name.

Shade names in the feed follow the label exactly. A buyer who searches for a lipstick by its shade name should find that shade, not the range’s most familiar colour or a reseller’s listing of it.

Beauty is bought again, which changes how Performance Max is set up. A customer list, uploaded with your buyers’ consent, lets the campaign tell new buyers from returning ones, so a reorder that would have come anyway is not reported as a new customer.

Brand searches for a skincare range often come from people about to reorder. They go to a brand campaign with its own target, and the store page they land on offers the refill or the subscription first.

How are creator posts turned into ads?

As partnership ads, run from the creator’s handle once they grant permission in the app. Buyers see the creator’s name rather than the brand’s, which is often why these ads outsell studio creative for Mumbai labels and beauty brands.

  • Permission. The creator approves the partnership in Instagram, for the period you have agreed with them.
  • Labels. The post carries the paid partnership label, and its caption a disclosure such as Ad or Collaboration under the ASCI code.
  • Rotation. Each creator’s post is read on its own cost per order kept, and rested when the same people have seen it too often.
  • Comments. Questions under the ad are answered from the brand’s account, because unanswered size questions turn into returns.

Which search terms should Mumbai labels watch?

Three kinds stand out in Mumbai accounts. Searches naming the wholesale markets, such as Kalbadevi, Mangaldas Market, Dharavi or Ulhasnagar, or adding wholesale to a product, usually come from traders and resellers; a retail label adds them as negative keywords.

Monsoon searches arrive with the rains: rain jackets, quick-dry clothing and footwear for wet streets. Labels that sell them run a monsoon ad group from June with its own budget, and switch it off when the rains ease in September.

Festive searches name the occasion: a chaniya choli for garba, a kurta for Ganesh Chaturthi, a saree for Gudi Padwa. Ad groups follow the occasion and land on a collection for it, so the buyer does not have to search the store again.

Does video earn a budget for Mumbai launches?

Often, because film and creator brands start with footage most brands never have. Short vertical cuts of the launch film run as Reels on Meta and as Shorts on YouTube, and a longer cut can run on YouTube where the budget allows.

Video is judged on what follows it rather than on clicks: the rise in brand searches, visits to the launch collection and the marketing efficiency ratio over the launch weeks.

Few people buy straight from a video ad, and a plan that expects them to will cut the video too early. We agree how long it runs before it is judged, and write that into the plan.

How do Marathi and Gujarati ads work?

Differently on each platform. Google matches Search ads to the language they are written in, which means Marathi searches are reached by Marathi ads in an ad group of their own, while English ads keep serving English searches.

Meta still offers targeting by the language a person uses in the app. Many Marathi and Gujarati readers in Mumbai use Instagram in English, so we leave language open and test Marathi creative for Gudi Padwa and Gujarati for Navratri against English.

Copy in either language is written or checked by a native writer on your side, and judged on orders kept after returns.

What changes in Mumbai accounts before the festivals?

Each festival gets campaigns with fixed end dates, prepared in August so nothing is edited in a hurry. Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri and Diwali arrive within weeks of one another, and an account still running one festival’s ads into the next wastes both budgets.

  • Ganesh Chaturthi. Ethnic wear, décor and gifting ad groups, paced over the festival’s ten days rather than its first.
  • Navratri. Garba wear campaigns that end the night the dancing begins, with Gujarati creative in the test.
  • Diwali. Sale prices scheduled in Merchant Center and promotion assets approved in advance for the marketplaces’ sale events.
  • Marketplaces. Myntra, Ajio and Amazon sponsored ads raised only where a style has stock in depth and its deal price clears your floor.

How much each festival gets is decided in the plan made under performance marketing services in Mumbai; the accounts only carry it out.

What goes wrong in Mumbai ad accounts?

A handful of faults, most of them set at launch and never revisited. Each costs money every week, and each is quick to fix once found.

  • No brand campaign at launch, so resellers’ ads sit above the official store for the brand’s own name.
  • Performance Max reporting the celebrity’s brand searches as its own new customers.
  • Styled campaign images with text over them sent to Shopping, and disapproved.
  • Made-to-order pieces marked in stock in the feed.
  • Beauty ads resubmitted unchanged after rejection, which puts the whole account at risk of restriction.
  • Navratri campaigns still running a week after the first night.

How do we run Mumbai accounts from Delhi?

Inside your own accounts, which stay in your business’s name: if we stop working together, you withdraw our access and keep every campaign, audience and the history. The weekly report lists each change with its reason, and decisions that spend money wait for your approval.

We charge per service level, agreed after the audit, plus GST at 18% as IGST. Media spend goes from you to Google, Meta and the marketplaces, never through us.

Our Google Ads management services page covers the weekly search routine, and the Meta Ads management services page covers Facebook and Instagram.

Everything above is part of our Google Ads and Meta Ads management; for how Mumbai brands sell beyond ads, see ecommerce services in Mumbai. When you are ready, send us the account names.

Questions

Questions Mumbai brands ask about ads

How much does Google Ads management cost in Mumbai?
We price by the work: the platforms and marketplaces you hand over, how much your product feed needs fixing, and the volume of new creative each month. Each service level is priced once we have seen your accounts, and GST at 18% is added as IGST, since our invoices go out from Delhi. Your media spend is billed by Google, Meta and the marketplaces themselves.
Can someone else bid on my brand name on Google?
Yes. At the time of writing, Google does not restrict trademarks used as keywords, though a trademark owner can complain about their use in other advertisers’ ad text. Your own brand campaign, live before the launch, is what keeps your store first in those results.
Can you run Instagram ads from an influencer’s handle?
Yes, as partnership ads, once the creator grants permission in the app. The post carries the paid partnership label, and its caption still needs a clear disclosure such as Ad or Collaboration under the ASCI code.
Why are my beauty ads rejected on Facebook and Instagram?
Usually for a claim or an image: a promise to treat a condition, a before-and-after picture, or copy that implies it knows the viewer’s skin problem. Some beauty and wellness ads must also be shown only to adults, so we check creative and targeting against Meta’s policies before submitting.
Can made-to-order designer wear run on Google Shopping?
Yes, if the feed tells the truth about it: availability set to preorder or backorder with an availability date, and the price and images matching the product page. A made-to-order piece marked in stock gets disapproved, or worse, sold with a promise it cannot keep.
Should my Google Ads target only Mumbai or all of India?
Wherever you deliver, which for a label shipping nationally is all of India. Budgets are then weighted by region in festival weeks and moved on orders kept after returns, not on where the clicks come from.
Do Marathi ads need separate campaigns?
On Google they need their own ad group, because Google matches Search ads to the language they are written in: Marathi searches meet ads written in Marathi. On Meta, language targeting follows the language set in the app, so we usually leave it open and test Marathi creative against English.
Can you run Myntra and Amazon ads for my Mumbai brand?
Yes, when marketplace ads are in your scope. Each bid answers to the margin a sale leaves after commission, and some Amazon formats, such as ads featuring your brand, need brand registration first.
